Singapore Wedding Photographer

I started my career in wedding photography in 2005 in Singapore. I never had an intention of becoming a photographer - ironically, I wanted to become an investment banker or go into advertising. But in a twist of fate, I fell very sick during my A levels and did really poorly, resulting in no universities accepting me for a Business degree. During my National Service, I dove head first into photography (I did Art for A Levels and I did dark room photography for my major project). I took photographs of anything and everything and posted them on my blog. And to my surprise, one day someone commented on my blog and asked whether I wanted to assist him at a wedding. And that was the day my career as a wedding photographer started.

After 18 months of interning with this wedding photographer, I photographed my very first wedding in Singapore in 2006 after I finish National Service and proceeded to photograph 42 weddings in 10 months after. I headed to Melbourne in 2007 to get a Communication Design degree (Asian parents right?) and have been photographing weddings ever since.

Despite living in Melbourne since 2007, I have been blessed enough to photograph weddings in Singapore 3-4 times a year, and internationally such as London, Chicago, Milan, Bali, Phuket, Koh Samui, Maldives - just to name a few.
