During his speech, Ben joked that someone had said to them when they first got engaged to enjoy the engagement, because it would fly by.
But then Covid happened.
3 wedding postponements later, they finally got married. In that 2 years, Ben’s father hpassed away, his brother had an accident that led to his leg getting amputated, and another family member got stricken by cancer. Ben & Krissy were thrown curve balls left and right, all in the midst of a pandemic. You wouldn’t fault them if they decided to pull back on their wedding celebrations or just go with a simple registry. Nevertheless, Ben & Krissy persevered and finally got married at Zonzo Estate Winery - because love - that’s worth celebrating.
